In August 2024, Better Technology Group Limited (Better Tech Group for short) held its mid-year business management conference in headquarters, themed “Persevere Objectives, Achieve Strength.” All executives attended the conference (some joined online) to summarize the first half of the operating situation, further identify the current situation, and confirm development beliefs. At the meeting, the major work in the second half of the year was precisely regulated, to fully promote the company to achieve qualitative improvement and steady growth of the annual business objectives.

Speech by Rotating Chairman

In the beginning, Mr. Wu, the July rotating chairman of Better Tech Group, said that the enterprise performance is driven by the synergic cooperation of six major driving factors: strategy, marketing, structure, incentive, institution, and culture. Combined with the current market situation and corporate development, he raised a series of profound and specific issues on the enhancement of corporate core competitiveness, the construction of unique ecosystems and organizations, the enhancement of self-learning power of teams and employees, cross-departmental synergistic services, internal and external process optimization, and corporate culture, etc., which guided us to further brainstorm for the corporate development.

Mr. Wu said that efforts and resolution alone are not enough to achieve the goal. We must continuously broaden our horizons, innovate concepts, and make long-term plans and mechanisms. On this basis, the corporation can have a more stable and smooth development.

Later on, the heads of departments summed up work achievements and work highlights and sorted out the existing problems and shortcomings around the first half of 2024 departmental work. They also put forward a specific action plan for the efficient and high-quality completion of the second half of the business objectives

At the conference, the heads of departments actively carried out pragmatic discussions. Adhering to the customer-centered principle, guided by Group business objectives, they analyzed currently existing deep-rooted, institutional, and universal problems and made suggestions for promoting synergic cooperation and corporate development.

President Conclusion Remark

Ms. Wei, president of Better Tech Group, made a comprehensive review of the progress of the company’s business objectives in the first half of 2024, the work highlights, and the changes in domestic and foreign markets, stressing the importance of business strategy, marketing strategy, and management effectiveness for the corporate future development.

For the second half of the business direction and target tasks, Ms. Wei put forward three major development strategies, requiring each department’s working plans to be closely aligned with the company’s overall strategy. In the department management, there were also several key requirements:

Ⅰ. Integrating marketing to promote business together. Based on the corporate business objectives, departments should strengthen the concept of marketing integration, build a sense of operation, and guide business management.

Ⅱ. Synergic cooperation creates a win-win situation. All departments should cooperate more closely to promote information sharing and resource integration, ensuring that the Group can quickly respond to market challenges. Joint efforts should be made to gain more boom business.

Ⅲ. Deepen budget management and fine control of business. Through refined budget management, each department needs to know its income and expenditure more clearly. Therefore, making reasonable resource allocation ensures the smooth achievement of business objectives.

Ⅳ. Strengthening digitalization transformation. All departments will be required to contribute more to digitalization construction, empower production and operation, stimulate innovation capabilities, and optimize customer service, thereby comprehensively enhancing the core competitiveness of the enterprise and laying a solid foundation for the Group’s long-term development.

Persevere objectives, and achieve strength. In this mid-year conference, we made an overall review and conclusion of the first half of the year and regulated the objectives in the second half of the year.
