To All Colleagues, Partners, and Friends:

As the seasons change and we unite for a new beginning, 2026 arrives in stride. On behalf of the entire company, I extend my sincerest New Year wishes and heartfelt gratitude to every colleague who has stood side by side with us, every partner who has provided staunch support, and all customers and friends from various sectors of society who have placed their trust in us.

Looking back at 2025, amidst the profound waves of global economic and industrial transformation, we actively seized the opportunities of China-Africa cooperation to drive the rapid development of our overseas local project—the first indigenous battery manufacturing plant in Zambia. Our business now covers the entire territory of Zambia and radiates to neighboring countries, with the Phase II expansion progressing steadily. We remain steadfast in our march toward becoming "Africa's leading power energy service provider."

Guided by solutions, we continued to increase R&D investment, intensifying efforts to tackle core technologies in key manufacturing areas such as intelligent battery production equipment, new energy lithium batteries, and lead-acid batteries. With numerous national intellectual property patents to our name, we empowered every solution with wisdom and craftsmanship, delivering high-quality products and services to customers in nearly 120 countries and regions worldwide.

Looking forward to 2026, the accelerated integration of cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and new materials is fostering new development drivers and productivity. In this wave, we will anchor our goals, strengthen confidence, and ride the momentum to further deepen our market positioning comprehensively—to "become a trusted sustainable energy solution partner for global customers"—and solidly promote the high-quality development of the enterprise:

1. Deepen Core Businesses and Drive Development through Innovation

In 2026, we will focus on our three core business segments: battery manufacturing solutions, new energy lithium batteries, and lead-acid batteries. We will continue to leverage our core strengths, increase investment in technological R&D, and drive the upgrading of products and solutions through systematic innovation to further consolidate our market competitiveness.

2. Accelerate Digital Transformation to Empower Business and Management

We will continue to advance informatization and digital upgrading, optimize processes and enhance efficiency through technological means, strengthen data-driven capabilities, and provide solid support for business development and refined management.

3. Embrace Open Collaboration and Create the Future with Partners
